As soon as healing takes place, go out and heal somebody else.
I have personally experienced what it means to suffer from chronic pain and not be taken into consideration, so rest assured that I am here for you, 100%, fully present and ready to listen with both my heart and mind. Through my ongoing education, my empathy, and my intuition, you will find in me the qualified professional you’ve been seeking to help with your challenges. I am committed to approach your problems from a different perspective, understanding every part of your experience; taking into consideration every cell of your body and guiding you on your journey towards health and psychophysical well being. You will be able to give voice to your physical and soul pains, and together we will create the most suitable path for you. My profession arose from what, for a long time, felt like my darkest period —a time when my body and soul began to scream, “Enough, I can’t take it anymore,” with symptoms I could no longer ignore.
In reality, though, this period was an awakening to my own strength, a moment of profound self-awareness and understanding of who I am and what my life could be. I found my path, my life’s mission—what everyone searches for: my purpose, the thing that makes me unique. I have a job that brings me joy, one that makes me wake up every morning with a smile, feeling grateful rather than burdened. Helping others feel better is a privilege, a calling, and a true pleasure, and for this, I can only thank the universe. My illness taught me that health and well-being are lifelong journeys of self-discovery. It’s an evolving process of understanding our needs, passions, strengths, and weaknesses—an ongoing path toward self-awareness and fulfillment, where we learn to listen to our souls and truly understand ourselves.
This journey, once embarked upon, never ends.
What did I suffer from? First, vulvodynia, and then fibromyalgia, two great unknowns to those who haven’t personally come into contact with them. Finding a diagnosis and then a treatment was a torment, but in hindsight, I thank the universe for this experience! I had to take control of my life, become aware of my body and what it was telling me, and at the same time, believe in myself to continue on my path. My pain was real, and there was a solution.
My first hand experience inspired me to specialize, among other things, in treating pelvic floor issues, chronich pain , vulvodynia, and fibromyalgia, knowing that true healing requires a commitment of mind, body, and soul. I made a wholehearted decision to heal, and that’s exactly what happened. I expect the same commitment from my clients, from you! Well-being must be desired with the mind, body, and soul. You must be willing to accept that something you are doing, how you are living, is wrong, otherwise, your body wouldn’t be complaining! And above all, you must have the courage to change wrong habits and attitudes, even if it feels difficult or challenging. If you’ve found yourself on my page, it’s likely because you’re looking for a way to care for yourself, to nurture yourself, to truly show yourself love. You’re on the right path! From the moment I chose to heal, I immersed myself in everything I could learn until I was free from symptoms. After achieving this personal milestone, I committed to deepening my studies, sharing my expertise, and turning this gift into my life’s work. I studied, interned, and worked across different countries: Italy, Germany, Mexico, Spain, Africa, Australia, and my thirst for knowledge and information never fades. My skills are constantly evolving and my studies in the world of natural medicine Never stops. Over time, I realized my true interest isn’t in diseases themselves but in understanding the human body as a whole and helping preserve its balance and wellbeing. As my grandmother used to say—and she was right—prevention is better than cur .
