Safety is how your body learns to let go.
When you feel heard, your nervous system stops protecting you and starts to rest
I have lived with chronic pain for years and I know exactly what it means to feel unheard by conventional approaches. My personal experience with Vulvodynia and Fibromyalgia forced me to look at my body differently — moving beyond the simple management of symptoms to understand stored nervous system tension and trauma responses. Walking my own healing path through severe pelvic floor contraction, vaginismus, and chronic hypertonicity became the catalyst for my career. I had to learn how to actively down-regulate my nervous system, listen to my tissues, and decode my own pain.

My path of healing and learning has taken me across Italy, Germany, Mexico, Spain, India, Africa, and Australia. Each culture, teacher, and environment has deeply shaped the somatic approach I share today, allowing me to integrate diverse holistic modalities into a deeply personalized experience:
Language shapes how we feel and how we release. Because of my international journey, I choose to work in English, German, Italian, and Spanish — ensuring you can fully express your boundaries, emotions, and sensations in the language that feels most natural and safe to your nervous system.
