As soon as healing takes place, go out and heal somebody else.
I have lived with chronic pain and know what it means to feel unheard.
My personal experience with Vulvodynia and Fibromyalgia led me to explore the body in a deeper way — beyond symptoms, into sensation, tension, and the way experiences are held within us.
Over time, this became my work.
Through somatic bodywork, somatic release and body-based practices, I support people in reconnecting with their body, softening tension, and developing a deeper sense of awareness and presence.
My approach is intuitive, grounded, and always adapted to the person in front of me.
I work in English, German, Italian and Spanish — so you can fully express yourself in the language that feels most natural to you.
My path has taken me across Italy, Germany, Mexico, Spain, India, Africa and Australia.
Each place has shaped the way I work today, bringing together:

into a holistic and personalized experience.
I don’t follow a rigid method.

As my grandmother used to say:
