My work is rooted in the understanding that body, mind, and emotions are deeply interconnected. Over the years, I have integrated somatic bodywork, nervous system regulation, breathwork, conscious movement, meditation, energy-based practices, nutrition, and holistic coaching to support a more complete and embodied approach to health and well-being.
Rather than focusing only on surface imbalances, I work with the person as a whole. My hands-on somatic bodywork sessions are available 1:1 in Berlin, while my somatic release coaching processes are dedicated to supporting you online, wherever you are. Each session supports deep awareness, trauma-informed reconnection, softness, and lasting nervous system regulation.
In a de-armoring session, the body is supported in releasing deep physical, emotional, and energetic tension through specialized bodywork, somatic release, pelvic floor awareness, and sensitive de-armoring techniques. Over time, stress, chronic overload, unresolved experiences, and unprocessed emotions can create what is known as “body armor” — chronic muscular tension, numbness, pain patterns, or a feeling of disconnection from the body and yourself.
Body armor consists of chronic holding patterns stored in the tissues that affect sensation, emotional flow, and nervous system regulation.
Through intuitive somatic bodywork, breath, and conscious presence, the body is supported in gradually softening and releasing what it holds. Each session unfolds slowly, respecting your boundaries, in a safe, trauma-informed environment.
Soma Deep Flow is my signature method and most comprehensive somatic journey, designed for a complete physical and emotional reset. This immersive experience beautifully bridges the energetic and emotional release of de-armoring and pelvic floor release with the physical depth of an intense, hands-on full-body massage.
It integrates strong and deep massage techniques, tapping, coaching, movement, breath, awareness, and presence — guiding your body into release, softness, and total reconnection.
