The De-armoring Process
After setting your intentions, the de-armoring session takes place in a calm and comfortable environment. I might use soft lighting, gentle music, or calming scents to help you relax deeply.
1. Breathing and Grounding:The process often begins with deep breathing exercises to calm your nervous system and bring your awareness into your body.
2. Body Scan and Awareness:I guide you through a body scan to identify areas where you feel the most tension or blockages. These areas will become the focus of the de-armoring work.

In the sessions that follow, I may also introduce yoni de-armoring, a specific practice focused on releasing deep physical, emotional, and energetic tensions held in the pelvic area, particularly the yoni. “Yoni” is a Sanskrit term for the female genital area, symbolizing both the physical organ and the center of feminine creativity and power.
